On January 13, 2025, eight students and two teachers from GEMS School, a high school in Nepal, visited Assumption University’s Montfort del Rosario School of Architecture and Design. They explored our program and participated in the design workshop “A Glimpse of Form: My Super Pattern,” where they designed and created an enclosure using pattern techniques to create an intriguing small shelter. This activity introduced the participants to how architects approach design through this brief technique and helped them consider whether this architectural study path might be their future pursuit.
